When setting the table before meals, you will need the following:

1) Individual plate - a medium sized plate that can accommodate individual
2) Rice bowl - bowl that can be used to hold soup or rice.
3) Spice bowl - a small dish used to hold dips of soy sauce or spices
4) Soup spoon - a nonmetallic spoon shaped like a dipper and used for taking soup.
5) Chopsticks - bamboo, wood or ivory sticks used for picking food.
6) Tea cup - small porcelain cup for tea servings at the end of the meal.
7) Tissue paper - paper that can be used for cleaning.
